Alocasia ‘Mythic Phoebus’ Variegated 17 Cm

Much like the sun deity of ancient myth, the 'Phoebus' alocasia is brightly colored, enormous, and awe-inspiring. This variety grows ivory-green variegated foliage on stalks between 16 and 22 inches tall. Each leaf can grow up to 12 inches long. Toxic to animals and humans if ingested.

• Light Requirements: Bright, Indirect
• Water Requirements: Keep soil consistently moist but not soggy. Allow the top 2-3 inches to dry before watering. Reduce watering significantly during winter. Use filtered water if your tap is hard.
• Soil Requirements: Use a loose, airy, well-draining mix with high organic content. A good mix includes peat moss, perlite, orchid bark, and charcoal for aeration.
