Watering: Water thoroughly once a week, allowing water to drain completely. Let the potting medium dry slightly between waterings. Avoid letting roots sit in standing water.
Soil: Use a well-draining orchid mix (bark, sphagnum moss, or a combination) rather than regular potting soil.
Fertilizer: Feed every 2–4 weeks during the growing season with a balanced, water-soluble orchid fertilizer at half strength. Reduce feeding when not flowering.
Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity (50–70%). Mist leaves or place near a humidity tray if indoor air is dry.
Pruning: Remove spent flower spikes once flowers fade. Trim dead roots as needed when repotting.
Propagation: Usually propagated via keikis (baby plants) or by division in mature plants.
